Pastor Graham Dacre
Pastor Graham Dacre landed on his feet when thirty six years ago he married Julie, the
daughter of Dr Sedley Pimlott who founded the Mount Zion Church in Norwich. They
have two exceptional and now married sons, Sam & Russ. Over the years the Dacre
family has been involved in business and a number of high community profile projects
that involve young people i.e. the Open Youth Venue, the Open SOS Bus and the Open
Academy.
Julie's passion is sheep farming. She has two Border Collies and morning and night she
will be found on the land and amongst her much loved ewes. Graham enjoys polishing
old cars and is hoping that now he has handed over his business responsibilities to
others he will have time to drive them as well.
In 1980 Graham heard a clear unmistakable, unquestionable and inaudible voice that
said that 'One day you will be responsible for building a church for me for all ages from
cradle to the grave.' And for over 30 years he has carried the dream in his heart. Until
more recently it appeared to be a dream that would never be realised.
Together Graham & Julie are today the Senior Pastors of today's lifestyle church and
with the help of many others their dream over the coming years is to see the church
indeed provide for all ages. As Julie says 'Nothing is more exciting than seeing God
build the house.' For Graham tlc is a dream come true.
Pastor Chris Lee
Pastor Chris Lee is a husband to a wonderful wife and a proud daddy of two gorgeous girls. Pastor Chris is a typical guy, loves working out, playing guitars...loudly, watching sports, riding motorcycles AND loves the Lord Jesus.

Pastors John & Dodie Davies
Throughout their ministry John & Dodie have consistently pursued their passion of seeing others experience the power and transforming love of Jesus. Theological and practical training came in the Salvation Army. Upon completion initial ministry was amongst drug addicts and prostitutes in Soho and Notting Hill. Thereafter, with another couple, they planted a church in Somerset and later another in Harpenden where they served as senior leaders for 22 years.
Overseas ministry has involved them working with churches in the Balkans. During the war in that region they established a charity called 'Balkan Aid' which delivered lorry loads of food, medicine and basic supplies for those caught up in the war.
Over more recent years they have served in Wymondham Baptist church and thereafter they helped establish Hope Community Church. A couple of years ago they began to sense that they would be involved locally and two months before 'tlc' was birthed they unexpectedly met Pastors Graham & Julie Dacre. Graham says 'John & Dodie have been a gift from God to us and to all at tlc. They are real pastors who revel in the richness of 'community'. They have a great sense of humour and we will forever be indebted to them.'
John & Dodie have two wonderful sons, lovely daughter-in-laws and six amazing grandchildren. Hobbies include: Walking & wildlife, travel & wandering, boating & fishing, movies & music, food & friendship.
